Flexible rental on your terms
Experience the benefits of LED by CHEVAL with a rental that is designed to be simple, transparent and completely flexible. No deposit is required, there is no binding period, and you always have the freedom to choose what suits you best.
Choose the LED by CHEVAL system that feels right for your horse and place your order online. Delivery is free of charge and your system will arrive ready to use. Rental prices are shown per month, with the first payment charged when you order and then automatically once per month with your chosen payment method.
Should you wish to make the system your own, simply contact us at info@ledbycheval.com and we will guide you through the process. Up to three months of your paid rent will be credited toward the purchase price.
If you no longer need the system, you are free to cancel and return it at any time. Just contact us at info@ledbycheval.com and we will help you arrange the return. The cost will depend on your location and is specified in our terms and conditions.
FAQ
You select the product you want to rent and complete your order directly on our website. The system is delivered to you ready for use, with everything you need included. Your rental period starts the day you receive the product.
No. We do not require any deposit, and there is no binding rental time. You rent for as long as you need.
Yes. Up to three months of rental fees can be credited toward the purchase price if you decide to buy your rental unit.
Our systems are built to last, and most issues can be solved quickly. If something happens, we handle repairs in-house at our production in Sweden. We will provide you with a shipping label, and once we receive the product, we make a proper assessment and solution right away. Any costs are fully covered by us.
If a payment attempt fails, the system will continue to try until the payment goes through. This ensures your rental is kept active without interruption. After 10 days, if the payment is still not fulfilled, we have to end your rental and charge you the full price of the product.
If you no longer need the product, contact us at info@ledbycheval.com. We will send you instructions on how to return it to us. Once we have received and inspected it, we confirm the end of your rental.
