Check this first!

Sometimes the solution is simpler than you think. Before sending your system in, please go through these quick steps first. They often solve the issue right away, so your horse doesn’t have to be without the LED Treatment at all.

Only every second of the light row is glowing

Every second row in our LED Treatment Systems consists of infrared lights. Since infrared is outside the visible spectrum, you won’t see them glowing even when they are on and working as intended.

No lights turning on

Make sure the battery is fully charged and properly connected. Try another outlet or charger if available.

Lights flickering or uneven brightness

Check that all connectors and straps are firmly in place. A loose connection can cause interruptions.

Battery not charging

Inspect the charging cable and port for dust or damage. If the problem continues, let us know.

Battery turns off after connecting it to the system

If the battery turns off when you connect it to the system, it may be due to a short circuit. Disconnect the battery and place it in the charger to check that the battery lights turn on as normal. Also make sure the connector on the power cable is clean and completely dry (let it dry in a non-humid room if needed). Then try connecting again.

All our systems are covered by a four-year warranty, and if something goes wrong we will take care of the repair at no cost. Every service is carried out in-house by our own team, ensuring the highest quality and fast handling.
